This Privacy Policy explains how chinesenameai.com ("we", "us", the "Site") handles information when you use our Chinese name generator and our 3D Chinese seal generator, including paid file downloads.
The Site is operated by an independent developer ("Operator"). For any privacy request, contact us at [email protected]. Payments on this Site are handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as Merchant of Record (see Section 4).

Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. The Site is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
