Refund Policy

We sell digital files (STL / OBJ / 3MF) delivered instantly. This policy explains exactly when refunds are available. Short version: if something goes wrong on our side, we make it right.

1. Try before you buy

The 3D preview and the free preview PNG show you exactly what you will receive — dimensions, engraving style, border, shape and material can all be verified before payment. Files are generated from that very same design, so what you preview is what you download.

2. Digital delivery — all sales are final

Because files are delivered immediately and cannot be "returned", purchases are final once the download has been made available, except in the cases listed in Section 3.

EU/UK consumers: by completing a purchase you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that, once delivery begins, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is lost (this is the standard consent for digital content under EU Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented nationally). This does not affect your other statutory rights.

3. When we will refund (or fix)

You were charged twice for the same item;
A technical fault on our side prevented the file from downloading or opening, and we could not fix it for you within a reasonable time;
The delivered file is materially different from the preview you approved (this should not happen — but if it does, we'll correct it);
You can demonstrate an unauthorized charge.

We do not refund for: change of mind after downloading; slicer or printer behavior on your side (files are standard, watertight-ready models that open in Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer and Cura); font files you uploaded without a valid license; or dissatisfaction that was already visible and adjustable in the free preview (size, depth, font, shape, material, etc.).

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your order ID (shown in your Lemon Squeezy receipt) and a short description of the issue.
We reply within 2 business days and aim to resolve every case within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method — typically arriving within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. One-time payments only

Both plans (Single Seal $2.99 and Lifetime Unlimited $9.99) are one-time purchases — no subscriptions, no recurring charges, ever. If you ever see an unexpected charge, contact us before filing a chargeback; we resolve genuine cases faster than a dispute does.
