These Terms govern your use of chinesenameai.com (the "Site"): the free Chinese name generator, the 3D Chinese seal generator, and paid digital downloads. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
All purchases grant a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license for personal, non-commercial use:
You may print unlimited physical copies for yourself or as gifts. You may not resell, share, publish or redistribute the files themselves, offer file-generation or printing-as-a-service based on them, or use them commercially without our prior written permission (contact us — we're reasonable).
Name suggestions are produced by an AI model. Meanings, cultural notes and phonetic matches are generated for inspiration and entertainment and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and choosing any name and how you use it. Seals you design remain your creations; the Site claims no ownership over the text you enter.
Prices are shown at checkout in USD and include applicable taxes where stated. Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and is the seller of record for the transaction. Purchases activate on your device via a signed license token; see our Refund Policy.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that generated names will suit any specific purpose, or that exported files will be free of slicing quirks across every 3D-printing setup — free previews let you verify exactly what you are buying before payment.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Site or any purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase giving rise to the claim (or USD 10 if no payment was involved). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer rights.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, abuse, or unlawful use. Sections 4–7 survive termination.
We may update the Site and these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use after changes means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Operator's principal place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
